Follow this with a deep dive into specific techniques and symbols for Reiki courses II & III (1-2 hours), exploring significance and applications. Afterward, time is allocated for hands-on practice (1-2 hours) to reinforce your understanding. Finally, conclude the session with a reflection on what you've learned how it can be applied with (30 minutes). This approach ensures a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
